PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CANOPY PROJECT (Oct. 27, 2008)
Wednesday, October 29, 2008, 7:00 p.m. at Rosendale Recreation Center
The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) seeks input from area residents about the plans for Hudson River Valley Resort’s (HRVR) proposed multi-use development at Williams Lake and the other Binnewater Lakes. This is an opportunity for any area resident to speak about each and every environmental, economic, or social issue that you think should be explored in detail as part of the Environmental Impact process for the HRVR project. Your comments help to establish the official research agenda which the developer must address. You can be as detailed in your suggestions as you wish and need not be an "expert" to have legitimate issues to present.
